Here are three of six smaller bronze statues known as "The Offering of the Six Devas". These are posed offering flowers, incense, lamp, ointment, fruit, and music to the Buddha. These symbolize the Six Perfections of generosity, morality, patience, zeal, meditation, and wisdom, all of which are necessary for enlightenment.

The Po Lin Monastery is adjacent to the statue, and this is the Hall of Skanda Bodhisattva, the Main Shrine of Buddha. The building isn't old in a historical sense, but it's definitly spectacular.
